Q: Do I need an account to order from you? A: No, but you will be missing out on some great features like being able to see your order history, tracking the status of your current order and receiving newsletters. Your shopping cart will also time out after a while but account holders benefit from having a permanent cart that will store what you're looking at until you complete checkout or delete them.
Q: Can I reserve bits?
A: I'm afraid not. It's too much to keep track of and some bits would only ever be available to reserve because so many people reserved them beforehand. 4 or 5 month waiting lists for bits as long as my arm are something I'm keen to avoid. If however, I do manage to come up with a way to make it work without too many problems I'll certainly look into it.
Q: Do you buy bits for store credit?
